I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?
    We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages. Receipts are emailed to the customer only.
      Can I include a gift note with my order?
          Yes, please write in the box at check out what you would like your gift note to say and we will be sure to include it.
            How long will my order take to process?
              Typically orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Once shipped, orders usually take 2-4 days to arrive. Please note this is an average turnaround time, but some unexpected delays may occur. If you need your order expedited, please email us at hello@homeboundcustomdecor.com. Additional fees may apply.

                How much is shipping?
                  Shipping costs vary depending on the order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
                    Do you ship internationally?
                      Currently we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

                        Do you accept returns & exchanges?

                          Given that our items are individually customized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
